What's the difference between FF and FF+?

Considering Focused Flexibility, but wondering which version you should get? 
Here's how they differ:
  • Focused Flexibility (FF): This version is the basic program that includes a self-assessment and teaches you which exercises you need to address your biggest restrictions. It has detailed instructions for all the stretches you need.
  • Focused Flexibility Plus (FF+): This version includes everything within Focused Flexibility, AND adds 15 routines (an extra 5 hours of video footage) you can follow for specific goals. FF+ makes it easier to get started if you're not interested in customizing your stretching routine.
