How much time does Elements require?
Here's what you can expect in the Elements program.
- Program Length: 7 Weeks
- Frequency of training sessions: 6 sessions/week
- Typical length of each session: 20-40 minutes
For the first few weeks of the program, you’ll want to set aside more time to review the materials and practice the movements, but each training session should take less than 40 minutes (at the longest) to complete.
Elements is one of our most flexible programs so it will fit in well with your other training routines, and can be modified to fit your schedule. You can reduce the frequency of training sessions per week, but we do recommend working on it at least 3 days a week to see the benefits of the training.
If you aren’t able to commit to that many training sessions each week, you can simply do the listed sessions in order, taking more time between training and extending the overall duration of the program. It’ll still work out great.
