What equipment do I need for Integral Strength?
You’ll need something sturdy to do pull-ups on (bar, doorway, tree branch, etc.), a jump rope, a bench or chair, something to do L-sits on (parallettes, two chairs, a stack of books, etc.), and a timer or stopwatch.
However, we know that finding somewhere to do pull ups can be tricky, especially if you're training from home. If you're super keen to have a go at Integral Strength but are in this predicament, here's what we suggest. As an alternative to using a pull up bar, you can use the edge of a table and you simply keep your feet on the floor as you do the pulling action. This works just as well as a regular pull up or chin up. You try to take as much of your body weight through your upper body as possible in order to increase your pulling strength. It's tougher than it sounds and will give you just as much of a challenge. ;)
You’ll also need a computer or mobile device that can connect to the internet with enough bandwidth to stream video. Alternatively, all videos can be downloaded so you can access them anytime, anywhere.
