My newly purchased program isn’t showing up in my account – what should I do?

First check the main member dashboard page for your program:

All of the program links are listed out in the area containing the colored circular icons. Click on the icon that represents your newly purchased program (for example, "E" for Elements, "R1" for Rings One, "FF" for Focused Flexibility, etc.). You'll then be redirected to the main area for each program. 

If you've just made your purchase, please give it 7 minutes to show up in your account. If it's still not there after 7 minutes, go ahead and reset your web browser/clear your browser cache, then log in again. That should resolve any issues, but if you're still unable to access your program,    contact us and we'll take care of it pronto.
