How can I improve my core strength?

Here are two exercises that you can try out to help your core. 

  1. Hollow Body Hold - This is fantastic for strengthening core muscles and teaches you how to really engage them. 
  2. Hollow Body Plank Hold - This is also great because you are working on strengthening arm muscles as well as core. 

Both of these videos show different progressions of each hold. Try 3-5 sets of 20 seconds of each with about 60 seconds rest.
