Integral Strength Schedule

Here's what you can expect in the Integral Strength program.

  • Program Length: 8 Weeks
  • Frequency of training sessions: 3 sessions/week, then 6 sessions/week
  • Average length of each session: 45 minutes

For the first few weeks of the program, you’ll want to set aside more time to review the materials and practice the movements, but each training session should take less than 45 minutes (at the longest) to complete.

In the initial four weeks of training, you'll have 3 training sessions a week. Each session will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. In the beginning, it may take a bit longer as you familiarize yourself with the movements and training structure. Your sessions will likely get faster as you progress through the program.

From Week 5 and onward, you'll increase the number of sessions to 6 sessions per week.

If you aren’t able to commit to that many training sessions each week, you can simply do the listed sessions in order, taking more time between training and extending the overall duration of the program. It’ll still work out great and you'll see fantastic progress!
