Elements and Squats

Having trouble with your squat and not sure if Elements is right for you? Luckily, Elements is designed to help you improve your squat, and you don't need a perfect squat to do the program. 🥳

The great thing about Elements is that it includes a variety of focused mobility and strengthening exercises for bodyweight squats. The locomotive movements included like the monkey and frogger also involve practicing a squat, so you're pretty much covered.  Whatever level you're starting from you'll be able to progress and get the most out of the program. 👍🏻
