Missing a Training Session

If you miss a training session you can simply start where you left off. Since our programs are progressive and auto-regulated, we want you to do as much as you can, based on how your performance is that day. If you were to miss a few days it's fine to continue as normal.

If you miss up to a week or longer, we often recommend going back a few days from where you stopped, just to help refresh yourself and get back into the swing of things.
