Choosing GMB Mobility
It's also a great choice if you're looking for an equipment-free program you can work on in a limited space.
GMB Mobility includes 42 sessions that contain:
- A short, complete body warm up.
- Focused exercises that improve flexibility and strength into and out of stretched positions.
- Locomotions - Specialized full-body movements that integrate that improved flexibility so it can translate into the physical activities that you want to improve in your daily life.
How long does it take?
You can choose between 15, 30, and 45 minute sessions. Though we recommend at least a 30 minute session if you want to improve your mobility. Use the shorter 15 minute sessions as a warmup, or for maintenance!
How often should I do it?
We recommend at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes each for improvements. Daily would be even better, but it's better to do less and be consistent than to do too much and then quit.
How much space do I need?
Not much at all! The main thing to consider is your training space for the locomotion section of the practice. Ideally a dozen feet or so in one direction will make you feel less cramped, but it's just fine to stop turn around and start again.
Do I need any equipment?
Nope! For some movements, you could benefit from using a sturdy chair and some pillows/blankets for support.
