🚶🏾🚶Walking you through a session:
We know that reading the manual isn't the funnest part of putting together your new IKEA bed, but it sure as hell makes things a lot easier, and at the end of the day, you'll probably have a more stable swedish-made bed...
In the same way, you'll get more out of your GMB programs if you take the time to go through Session 1 in your Elements program or the Test Drive Program. In these sessions, we explain everything about how the app works and introduce you to some of the movements we'll be covering in program.

😯 Praxis Features:
Setting your schedule:
First, you'll want to set up your schedule. To do that, you'll head to the Profile Settings page and click on schedule. Click the plus icon to add any program that you own.
If you want that extra accountability, by turning on weekly and/or daily notifications, Ryan will personally come to your home and drag you of bed. Just kidding...we will send you a reminder email though. 🙃
Variable time option:
If you select that you're feeling "ready to rock", the session will continue as is. If you select "felt more tired than usual", the session will continue with an adjusted level of intensity to be less strenuous. When you sign back in for your next session, you'll be given the option to repeat the session.
Auto-play will move you from one movement to the next seamlessly, while the skip tutorials button will well...skip tutorials. 🙃
Taking the opportunity to reflect on the feel of each session is important for noticing improvements, recording light bulb moments and setting you up for success in the long run.
