Here's what you can expect from Elements:

  • 8 Weeks of programming¬†
  • 6 sessions/week
  • 45-60 minutes/ session

In the beginning, make sure you set aside time to review the materials and practice the movements. Overall, each session should take no more than 45 minutes to complete.

If you have limited time or you're working on other programs, we can help you make it work.

Elements is one of our most flexible training programs. Even if you reduce the frequency of the training sessions per week, you'll still see benefit. However, we do recommend working on the program at least 3 days/week.
