Ready to start Integral Strength?
Here's what you'll need:
- Something sturdy to do pull-ups on (bar, doorway, tree branch, etc.)
- A jump rope
- A bench or chair
- Something to do L-sits on (parallettes, two chairs, a stack of books, etc.)
- A timer or stopwatch
We know that finding somewhere to do pull-ups can sometimes be tricky, especially if you're training from home.
If you're super keen to try Integral Strength but don't have access to a pull-up bar, here's what we suggest.
- As an alternative, you can use the edge of a table - simply keep your feet on the floor as you do the pulling action. This works just as well as a regular pull up or chin up. You try to take as much of your body weight through your upper body as possible in order to increase your pulling strength. It's tougher than it sounds and will give you just as much of a challenge. ;)
