Parallettes One is a 12-week program that builds strength and control for pressing and inverted skills, using parallettes (or mini parallel bars).
 P1 is a great starting point for building a very strong upper body and core. We include two levels of programming so there's something for everyone, including beginners and experienced trainees.
 Parallettes are convenient and easily portable. They help relieve some of the pressure on the hands that standard bodyweight exercise often induces, and our program will help you learn basic pressing skills while giving you a path to work up to more advanced inversions like the bent arm stand and shoulder stand.
