Rings One is a 12-week program that uses gymnastic rings to build strength and control. It's a systematic and progressive approach that will teach you basic ring skills and build a foundation for more advanced skills.
 R1 is a good program for you if you've already got a decent amount of strength but want to refine specific skills and improve your overall body control. We recommend only starting Rings One once you're able to do 3 pull-ups, since the pulling work in this program is pretty intense.
 There aren't many rings programs on the market (R1 was one of the first) and those that are out there are generally geared toward gymnasts or other specialized groups. Rings One is designed to be accessible to anyone, by building skills progressively, starting with the very basics.
