Rings 2 is our advanced training program for gymnastics rings skills. It focuses on the front and back lever, and it gets you started on training your iron cross.

It will help you build a tremendous amount of core strength, and you'll learn about Ryan's "block" method of instructing the more difficult skills like the iron cross and front lever. As it's a more complex program to follow, our support team is here to help you out with any questions you might have.

 Before starting Rings 2 you should be able to do at least 3 strict muscle ups and a solid RTO L-sit on the rings, as it requires a good foundation of strength and skill.
