Each workout is approximately 45 minutes. You have 3 workouts per week, and the programme is 12 weeks long. You can adjust this if you need to, for example, some people do 2 workouts a week and spread it out over a longer period of time.

Since there is a leg module included, an additional 2 training sessions can be added to your week, and we recommend doing these on your off days to ensure you don't overtrain.
