Rings 1 covers some awesome skills, which not only show a high level of strength and skill, but they also look super cool. ;)

The main skills that you'll be working towards are:

  • L-sits
  • Shoulder Stands
  • Muscle Ups (everyone's favourite!)

You'll begin working on basic strength exercises and progressions, so that you can build a solid foundation and safely learn the movements. You also learn how to transition from one to the next to be able to perform a flow. Rings 1 is such a great start to your rings adventure!
