BAPs stands for Basic Assessment Positions. These are positions or movements that can be used to assess your body. "They are a consistent indicator of unrestricted general movement ability, and being able to attain them correlates to this freedom, thus providing a great baseline to measure and start from."

We use BAP's in Elements and Focused Flexibility, and they're there to help you track your progress. If you're unsure of how to work through your BAP, let us know. :)
