While each individual's body will respond differently to various programs, you should see improvement within two to three weeks. If you are following our Focused Flexibility program or working through any flexibility program and putting in the work, four to seven days per week, and do not see any improvement within those two weeks then you most-likely need to switch up the program or ensure you're performing the positions correctly.
