If you want to improve your flexibility we recommend stretching consistently. Choose a training schedule that works for you, and then stick to it. Doing short sessions each day will yield better results than a two-hour stretching session once a week.
Start with a 10-20 minute stretching session, 3-4 times a week, limiting yourself to just a few stretches to work on at a time.
