So nice of you to ask. We have three fundamental locomotive movements that we use to develop strength, flexibility, and motor control. Let me tell you all about them.

  • The Bear builds coordination, strength through the shoulders and arms, and improves hamstring flexibility.
  • The Monkey improves hip mobility through repeated squat transitions, builds lateral body control, and leads to skills like cartwheels.
  • The Frogger loads the arms and shoulders to build strength, deepens the squat, and builds the foundation for handstands and other inverted skills.

These movements are at the core of our Elements program. Here's a video introducing the movements, and here's one showing how to use them specifically for flexibility.
