For working up to 5 minutes for each exercise, you can practice the more basic progressions of the locomotive movements during some of the sessions where you're learning the more advanced variations. So for example, if you learning a progression for the monkey, start with the very basic monkey first. If you’re able to do one minute of a movement comfortably then you can go ahead and increase to 2 minutes or as long as you can perform them for, or increase the number of sets of the exercise.
