Also, if you hit a plateau, that usually means you need to either take a rest or change up your training. One thing we like to try is going backwards in our progressions for a few weeks. So practice an easier version of the skill you're working on for a couple weeks. Or shorten your hold time for a few weeks but increase the number of sets.
