Most of our training programs are set up as time-based courses, which means that you’ll get Staged Access to each phase of training.
For example, in Rings One you will be shown all of Phase One right away, and then 5 weeks later (the minimum amount of time to go through the Phase) you’ll be given access to Phase Two as well. And so on, until you complete the program.
With our Integral Strength program, you'll have access to the first Phase (Assessment) right away, and then gain access to a new Phase every 7 days.
This time-based structure will help keep you in the moment and keep you focused on what you are doing now (rather than jumping ahead and perhaps getting discouraged or overwhelmed). It’s also been proven to be a better way of learning skills.
