If you've signed up for GMB Fitness updates or programs, there's generally three kinds of emails you can expect:
- Notices about new articles and tutorials
- Occasional promotions (this is pretty rare)
- Info about updates to programs you've purchased (these are always free)
As a general rule, we send no more than two to three messages a week, but if you don't want GMB emails, you can unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the link at the bottom of any GMB email that says "If you would like to unsubscribe, click here."
If you'd just like to receive specific kinds of messages (such as those pertaining to program updates) let us know and we can adjust your email settings. :)
