Choosing a Program

If you're a beginner or new to GMB, we'll usually recommend starting with Elements. Elements is fantastic if you want to work on strength, flexibility, and control, move more freely and easily, and explore some fun new movements.

If you already have a solid foundation and want to unlock your next level of performance, you can choose a more focused program such as Integral Strength, Sequences, or GMB Mobility.
