Choosing a Program
So you're thinking about choosing a GMB program, but you're not sure where to start?
No worries! It's pretty simple...
- If you're a beginner or new to GMB, we'll usually recommend starting with Elements. Elements is fantastic if you're looking to work on strength, flexibility and control at the same time, move with more freedom and ease, and explore some fun new movements.
- If you already have a solid foundation and you're looking to unlock your next level of performance, you can choose a more focused program.
