The Elements programming incorporates strength, flexibility, and motor control to help strengthen your physical foundation and prepare you for more advanced training endeavors. It is a complete training program that includes a warm-up and cool-down routine, detailed tutorial videos and guided routines, and printable training charts to track your progress.
