Accessing Previous Sessions

When using a GMB program, there's no need for perfection before moving on to your next session. Our programs allow and encourage you to work at your own level in every workout— so there's no need to keep repeating a session until you "master it" - just be as consistent and regular as you can, move forward to the next session and you'll improve!

If you've already completed the program and would like to revisit a session, try this:

  1. From the Praxis Home page, click on Programs
  2. Then click on the program you'd like to work on
  3. Scroll down to the Session Breakdown and click on the session from the list that you'd like to repeat

➤ You can also view your previous session activity, and choose a session to repeat, by heading to your Activity page.
