Accessing Specific Sessions
So you want to pick a specific session for your workout today?
Here's how to do that...but FIRST we want to emphasize this key point:
The programs aren't designed to be choose-your-own-adventure workouts. Each program is structured on purpose - so it works best when followed as designed.
You can always repeat a session from your activity screen if you need, though we would very, very strongly encourage you to simply move forward. The program is not made to proceed only when you've perfected a movement. You'll get better results by moving forward and doing your best, then repeating the program in order again if you need additional practice.
Remember that you don't need to look like the trainers in the videos to be making progress. They are only examples, and your own development is what counts most.
