Program Return Policy

Programs

This covers Elements, Mobility, Integral Strength, Sequences, our supplemental programs, and program bundles.

You can return or exchange a program if:

  • You gave it an honest try,
  • You asked us for help when you needed it, and
  • It's within 30 days of your purchase.

If all three are true, send us a message, tell us what you'd like to do, and we'll get you sorted with a full refund or a swap.

One detail worth knowing up front: we allow one return or exchange per client. We're glad to help you land on the program that actually fits, so if something isn't working, reach out before you give up on it. Most of the time we can get you to the right place without a return at all.

Memberships and coaching

This covers All-In, Alpha Posse, and our coaching and certification programs.

You can cancel any of these anytime, so you're never locked into another billing cycle. If you'd like a refund within the first 30 days, we'll process it minus a $50 onboarding fee. It's also why we hold off on inviting anyone into these until they've built some real momentum first, so the commitment is one they're ready for.

Trial offers

Trials can be cancelled anytime before they renew. Once a trial payment has gone through, it's non-refundable.
